Our Process

Our process begins with identifying a need at a healthcare organization, getting confirmation from the organization that it will evaluate candidates we develop (on a purely contingent basis), and learning everything there is to know about what constitutes the perfect FM leader for that organization. When we evaluate potential candidates we do so comprehensively with meticulous discrimination.

Many firms tee up every “willing candidate” they find. Our Top 5% HFM Talent™ standard requires us to spend considerably more time with promising candidates to further determine whether they are indeed top talent. When a candidate passes our rigorous evaluation regimen they are ready for you (and you will know that they’ve already invested themselves in pursuing the opportunity).

We deliver 3-4 exceptional candidates within one (1) week of speaking with a prospective client. Occasionally we’ll be faster than that and sometimes a day or two slower. In any case, compared to search industry convention we are lightning fast. This is attributable to our familiarity with the industry, its top players, and having an extremely efficient and proven process. We do all the things you’d expect an elite search firm to do: keep finalists warm while you deliberate, shepherd a new hire’s transition, etc.
